memyselfandi03Hi everyone, my name is Steven and I use to struggle with stress and anxiety way too often as way too many of us do. I was living for the weekend, living paycheck to paycheck, I was unhappy and ungrateful. I was stuck in ego and just thought money would buy me happiness.

What really started changing my life was grounding myself in deeper principles and becoming more grateful every day for the things that i do have. Getting away from my selfish attitudes and the thought processes that say you need more to be happy. Becoming more focused and moving more towards an attitude of sharing and creating to help others and bringing more peace and joy to the world.

The one thing that helped me the most with understanding and controlling my anxiety, and something that i suggest for anyone struggling with anxiety, has been listening to Morning Coach every morning. It’s has changed my consciousness and brings me great energy and great thoughts every day.

Anxiety is Normal

Anxiety is the most common of all our mental health problems, stress is the #1 emotion experienced by people in North America, it’s actually quite normal. Research has shown that up to 1 in 4 adults will have an anxiety disorder in their lifetime and that up to 1 in 10 people will have an anxiety disorder each year.

Anxiety is an emotion that most people carry with them every day. The feeling that you can never win. That you can’t let go, enjoy, achieve, or succeed. I want to help people understand it is possible to control and even defeat anxiety.

The Purpose of this Website

The reason I created this website was to help create awareness and help everyday folks outsmart anxiety by taking action. The problem we have with worry or change and anxiety is simply a lack of action. We let things pile up on each other instead of taking action, just creating more anxiety.

This website is about positive ideas and effective tools to move forward and live the anxiety free life you’re looking to live by taking action. Breaking free from the negative anxiety causing mental conditioning that we’re getting every day by being open to the wonderful things that are out there, and really enjoying life head on.

This site allows me to send out positive waves of energy into the universe, learn about and share the positive thoughts, ideas, people, and tools that have helped me and will help others.

This website is not about any religion or being religious. This website is about spiritual wisdom and understanding that we are all spiritual beings living in a material world.

I understand controlling your anxiety can be hard in certain situations. Always remember, we are creating our own reality.

Be aware of your self-talk because every thought, every word, and every action creates ripples of change. Focus on creating peace, joy, happiness in your life. Create something of value. Put something out into the world you are proud of. Learning to create is one of the greatest joys in life.
