Besides changing your diet, the best anxiety-busting strategy is to start exercising. Exercising boosts oxygen circulation and spurs your body into making feel-good chemicals called endorphins.
Endorphins are awesome by the way. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise three to four times a week.
If you’re not active now, start telling people you’re going to start exercising — they’ll root for you!
Your doctor can make sure you’re ready to get moving.
It’s important to make exercising fun for yourself or you’ll never want to do it.
